Stanislaus Urban County & the City of Turlock are in the process of preparing the joint Five-Year Consolidated Plan for Fiscal Years 2025-2029 which will serve as the blueprint for the expenditures of federal funds in the communities of Ceres, Hughson, Newman, Oakdale, Patterson, Riverbank, Turlock, Waterford and the unincorporated area of Stanislaus County. The Stanislaus HOME Consortium consists of the Stanislaus Urban County and the City of Turlock. The Consolidated Plan will serve as the framework planning document for a community wide dialogue to identify the top housing needs, community development concerns for low- and moderate income populations and to set informed priorities for actions and uses of funds. An important part of these efforts is hearing from members of the public on issues of community needs, housing needs, and fair housing issues.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the Stanislaus County Planning & Community Development department at (209) 525-6330 or via email at CommunityDevelopment [at] stancounty.com (CommunityDevelopment[at]stancounty[dot]com)
